150th Birthday Celebration:

John Ashdown, President, West End Business Association, 12th Street Merchants Association:

"The 12th Street Merchant Association participated in New Westminster's "150" Celebration Trolley Tour held on June 20, 2009. The event consisted of Heritage Trams pulling up across from the Village Coffee Lounge.

The Razzmajazz Trio, along with four talented Can Can dancers, greeted the Trams with period costumes and tunes. They also joined the Village flappers for some good old "Ragtime" music.

This would be the second time Razzmajazz has entertained at our neighbourhood functions. Why Razzmajazz? They responded in short notice and were fully aware of the needs of our groups. They produced!"
