Influenced by the “King of Swing”, Benny Goodman, Dave’s sound is described as a hot smooth swingin’ style that engages audiences and often inspires them to dance and sing along. Well rounded in traditional jazz, blues and classical styles, Dave has been actively performing R&B, Swing & Traditional Jazz. in and around Vancouver since 1979 with his band “RazzMaJazz” and with his blues band “The WildCats”.

Don Ogilvie - Guitar
Don's rhythmic kick and ability to retain complete chord structures gives him enormous diversity to play any jazz style. very active in Vancouver music since the 60's, Don discovered the great jazz virtuoso, Django Reinhardt in the 70's. Don studied guitar, violin and viola, graduated from UBC with a music degree and continued his success in Toronto and in a 5-year stint playing on cruise ships, he is now based in Vancouver working in jazz and world-music.
Casey Tolhurst - Acoustic Bass
Known for his impeccable timing, dexterity and choice of notes, casey drives the rhythm of the trio. Casey started playing Acoustic Bass in 1971 with the Lions Gate Jazz Band (the group responsible for the start of the "Hot Jazz Club" of Vancouver). He has made numerous appearances on TV and radio and has performed at many of Vancouver’s major hotels and restaurants including in the house band at the Hotel Vancouver in the 80's and at the Bayshore Hotel.
